Economic Plan

A comprehensive approach to strengthen our economy and create jobs.

Economy

Economic Stimulus Package

We will introduce a comprehensive economic stimulus package that includes direct payments to citizens, an extension of unemployment benefits, and support for struggling industries. Significant funds will be allocated to rebuild and modernize national infrastructure, creating jobs and boosting economic growth. Investments in renewable energy projects will also be promoted, creating sustainable jobs and advancing environmental sustainability.

States’ Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the federal government to identify and prioritize infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure efficient and effective use of allocated funds to maximize job creation and economic growth.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of renewable energy projects at the state level.

Job Creation Programs

Large-scale infrastructure projects, such as repairing roads, bridges, and public transportation systems, will be launched to create employment opportunities. Job creation will be promoted in the renewable energy sector, including solar, wind, and other sustainable industries. Funding will be provided for skills training and apprenticeship programs to equip workers with the skills needed for new and emerging job markets.

States’ Responsibilities:

  • Identify and propose critical infrastructure projects that will benefit from federal funding.
  • Partner with educational institutions and businesses to develop skills training and apprenticeship programs.
  • Promote and support renewable energy initiatives within the state.

Support for Small Businesses

We will increase access to grants and low-interest loans for small businesses, particularly those affected by economic downturns. Free or subsidized advisory services will be offered to help small business owners with financial planning, marketing, and operations. Simplified regulations and reduced bureaucratic hurdles will make it easier to start and grow enterprises.

States’ Responsibilities:

  • Work with local business development centers to provide advisory services to small business owners.
  • Implement state-level programs to complement federal grants and loans.
  • Streamline state regulations to facilitate the establishment and growth of small businesses.

Tax Relief Measures

Tax cuts for middle and lower-income families will be proposed to increase disposable income and stimulate consumer spending. The child tax credit will be expanded to provide additional financial support for families. Enhancements to the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) will benefit more low- and moderate-income workers.

States’ Responsibilities:

  • Adjust state tax codes to align with federal tax relief measures.
  • Ensure state-level tax credits and deductions are accessible and beneficial to residents.
  • Promote awareness and understanding of available tax relief measures among citizens.

Community Engagement and Feedback

Regular town hall meetings and public forums will be held to discuss economic policies and gather input from citizens. Transparent communication will be maintained with the public about economic initiatives, their progress, and their impact on everyday lives.

States’ Responsibilities:

  • Organize and facilitate town hall meetings and public forums at the state and local levels.
  • Collaborate with federal agencies to disseminate information about economic policies and initiatives.
  • Actively engage with citizens to gather feedback and incorporate it into state-level economic planning.
